Have you heard NPR's "oddly informative news show," Wait Wait. . . Don't Tell Me? It's hilarious, and that is a group of people having lots of fun at their jobs.
On Saturday, I caused a minor traffic jam listening – and forgetting to drive when the traffic light turned green. In the segment Carl's Dream Journal, the panel of reporters and humorists speculated what life will look like following the Supreme Court's ruling that corporations are "people" and therefore previous restrictions on campaign ads violated corporations' free speech rights.
The group concurred that members of Congress will eventually accept sponsorship dollars and will ultimately need to start wearing NASCAR-style jumpsuits for the patches of all their sponsors.
If you have 10 minutes,it's worth a listen. Just move out of the traffic.
